To have access to any of our products and services, you must register to become a member and you membership must be active. Click Here To Register.
How can recess villas afford to sell vacation Home Packages for so cheap? What is the catch?
There is actually no catch, some of our Vacation homes can be use immediately, but there is a waiting period for Our Villa/Hotels & Residential Condos.
Does Recess Villas have a layaway payment plan for its vacation packages?
Yes we have a layaway payment plan to help you get your very own Caribbean Vacation Home.
When can I receive my official ownership documents after purchasing or putting a down-payment on one of Recess Villas properties?
Your official documents for right of use will become available almost immediately after purchasing or putting a down-payment on one of Recess Villas properties.
Can we switch locations or countries where Recess Villas have Vacation Packages for sale?
Yes you will be able to do so, but for now Recess Villas have Vacation Packages only for one Caribbean Island of Saint Lucia.
How many people can vacation on a package for $6,500 after discounts?
If you were to purchase one of our Vacation Home Packages at $6,500 after discounts, a total of two people can vacation each time.
How often can I have my a vacation with the $6,500 package?
Two people can vacation once every five years.
Does my Vacation Home Package expires?
No, it does not expires, you have right of use for infinity.
Will these purchase prices increase anytime soon?
Yes, it is a limited time offer. Prices will increase after our grand opening special ends. New buyers will get a different price but not at our grand opening discounted prices.
Can I sell my vacation package after I use it?
Yes you can sell your vacation package for the same purchase price back to Recess Villas after 3 years of use, but some conditions may apply.
Does a member have to pay monthly maintenance fees?
Yes, there is a low monthly maintenance fees. Prices starts from $29.97.
Can I transfer my Recess Villas’ Vacation Home Package to a friend or family?
Yes, you can transfer your Vacation Home Package to a friend or family but there are some legal fees to transfer the documents, plus your membership account must be in good standing. The new person must be a Recess Villas member.
is the Caribbean Vacation Home Package refundable?
Yes you can sell you Caribbean Vacation Package back to Recess Villas for the same purchase price three years following the purchase date. After a new person takes over your membership account through Recess Villas terms and conditions Recess Villas will pay you the full amount providing your account is in good standing.
How many people must I refer to get my FREE Vacation Home Package?
For a FREE Vacation Home Package, you have to refer one hundred successful referrals, within one given year.
Is Membership Registration Fees refundable?
No, Membership Registration fees are processing fee and they are not refundable.
Do I have to renew my membership fees each year?
Yes, membership fees are annually in-order to keep providing you our services.
