Memberships are intended for legitimate individual use only.

Eligible memberships may be purchased as gifts for other individuals or, where permitted, used by the purchaser themselves.

Membership Gifts are intended to support community growth, promotional opportunities, member participation, and referral based expansion.

Activation Requirements:

• The recipient must activate their account.
• The recipient must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• The recipient must remain in good standing.

Bonus and Rank Eligibility:

Gift memberships may contribute toward rank progression, affiliate programs, referral programs, bonus eligibility, or challenge participation only when the gifted membership remains active, the recipient is a legitimate user, and all applicable requirements are satisfied.

Prohibited Use:

• Fake or duplicate account creation
• Repeated self gifting for manipulation purposes
• Fraudulent referrals
• Abuse of promotional campaigns
• Unauthorized resale of memberships
• Manipulation of compensation structures

Violation of these policies may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of commissions, loss of bonuses, or removal from membership and affiliate programs.

Gift memberships are generally non refundable and non transferable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Recess Villas.

Participation in the Recess Villas Affiliate Program is subject to approval and compliance with these Terms.

Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Recess Villas.

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote Recess Villas honestly and professionally.
• Avoid misleading claims.
• Comply with advertising and marketing laws.
• Maintain ethical promotional standards.

Affiliates must not:

• Use bots or fake traffic.
• Create fraudulent accounts.
• Use spam marketing.
• Impersonate Recess Villas.
• Engage in deceptive promotional activity.

Affiliates must use their unique referral links for referral tracking and commission eligibility.

Recess Villas is not responsible for lost commissions, tracking failures caused by incorrect links, browser restrictions, third party technical issues, or user actions outside official referral systems.

Commissions are paid only on verified, tracked, completed, and eligible transactions.

Commission structures, rates, bonuses, and qualification requirements may be modified at any time.

Where multiple commission structures apply, the lower applicable commission amount may be used.

Recess Villas reserves the right to review transactions, reverse commissions, withhold payments, or terminate affiliate participation in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Participation in Recess Villas Member Challenges, bonuses, milestone rewards, and promotional incentive programs is subject to manual review and approval by Recess Villas.

Challenge rewards and bonuses are manually reviewed and approved by Recess Villas. Active memberships, valid referrals, and compliance with program rules are required before payouts are issued.

Recess Villas reserves the right to verify:

• Membership payment status
• Referral validity
• Account activity
• Duplicate or self referrals
• Refund or chargeback activity
• Compliance with promotional policies and community guidelines

Members who violate program rules, attempt fraudulent activity, misuse promotional systems, or fail to maintain active membership status may become ineligible for rewards, commissions, bonuses, or challenge payouts.

Recess Villas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue challenges, rewards, or bonus structures at any time without prior notice.

Challenge rewards and bonuses are not guaranteed earnings and may vary based on participation, eligibility verification, and program availability.

Recess Villas may offer priority access programs related to future villa opportunities, land opportunities, development projects, or future lifestyle experiences.

Participation in priority access programs does not constitute a real estate transaction, does not guarantee ownership, and does not create legal rights to future property acquisition.

Priority access participation represents interest in future opportunities only.

Future offerings may require additional agreements, regulatory approvals, availability confirmation, and separate purchase arrangements.

Availability, pricing, timelines, locations, and development plans may change without notice.

Recess Villas offerings are not investment products, securities, or financial instruments.

No financial advice, investment advice, or guaranteed financial opportunity is being offered.

Participation in any Recess Villas program is voluntary and based on personal lifestyle, promotional, business, or access interests.

Recess Villas makes no guarantees regarding:

• Financial returns

All payments must be made using approved payment methods available through the official Recess Villas platform.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, the information provided is accurate, and sufficient funds are available.

Prices, fees, membership rates, and promotional offers may change at any time without notice.

Failure to complete payment may result in denied access, membership suspension, cancellation, or removal from programs.

Due to the digital and access based nature of many Recess Villas offerings, purchases are generally non refundable unless otherwise stated.

Vacation experiences, travel packages, or third party partner services may be subject to separate provider terms, availability conditions, cancellation limitations, and partner refund policies.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Recess Villas.

Accounts terminated for fraud, abuse, policy violations, manipulation, or prohibited conduct are not eligible for refunds.

Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in account suspension, permanent bans, collection actions, or legal enforcement.

All content, branding, graphics, logos, videos, text, designs, downloads, promotional materials, and digital assets associated with Recess Villas are protected intellectual property owned by Recess Villas or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or exploit any Recess Villas content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Users, members, and affiliates may not:

• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Create fake accounts.
• Misuse referral systems.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Harass other users.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.

Recess Villas reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action.

Recess Villas may utilize third party providers including payment processors, marketing tools, affiliate software, travel providers, hosting services, or external partners.

Recess Villas is not responsible for third party failures, external services, delays, outages, or partner related issues.

Use of third party services may also be subject to separate third party policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recess Villas shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, data loss, delays, cancellations, or technical failures.

All services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Your use of the platform and services is at your own risk.

Recess Villas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, membership, affiliate participation, or platform access at its discretion.

Termination may occur due to violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, misuse of programs, or actions harmful to Recess Villas or its community.

No refunds are required in such cases.

Your use of the Recess Villas platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use information only as reasonably necessary to operate our services, communicate with users, process transactions, improve platform functionality, and comply with legal obligations.

Recess Villas shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, internet outages, supplier issues, labor disruptions, or market conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Ontario.
