Affiliate Terms of Service

Individuals may register as Recess Villas affiliates at no cost, subject to approval and compliance with these Terms.

Certain benefits, bonuses, recurring member referral opportunities, challenges, enhanced earning opportunities, promotional tools, and campaign access may require an active qualifying Recess Villas membership.

To participate, affiliates must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate registration information
• Use ethical and lawful promotional methods
• Follow all Recess Villas affiliate and promotional guidelines

Recess Villas reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion.

Each approved affiliate receives a unique Recess Villas referral link.

Purchases completed directly through the website, through another affiliate link, through an untracked method, or without the correct affiliate link may not qualify for commission attribution.

Affiliates are responsible for providing and promoting their correct links.

Recess Villas is not responsible for lost, untracked, incorrectly shared, expired, blocked, or misattributed affiliate links.

Affiliates may earn commissions from qualifying direct referrals and other approved referral structures where applicable under current program rules.

A qualifying transaction generally means:

• The customer used the correct affiliate link
• The purchase was completed through the official Recess Villas website
• Payment was successfully received
• The transaction was not refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or invalid
• The affiliate followed all applicable program rules

Certain products, memberships, bonuses, recurring rewards, rank benefits, or promotional campaigns may have separate commission conditions.

Recess Villas may update commission rates, product eligibility, referral rules, rank structures, and payout terms at any time.

Commission payments are subject to review, approval, tracking verification, and program compliance.

Payments may be delayed, adjusted, denied, or reversed in cases involving:

• Refunds
• Cancellations
• Payment disputes
• Chargebacks
• Fraud review
• Invalid transactions
• Incorrect affiliate tracking
• Violation of these Terms

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Failure to provide correct payment details may result in delayed or forfeited payments.

Recess Villas may offer paid membership plans that provide access to additional promotional tools, campaigns, challenges, referral opportunities, and member based benefits.

Free affiliates may still participate in approved affiliate promotions where available, but paid members may receive access to expanded opportunities depending on their membership level.

Membership does not guarantee income, sales, referrals, bonuses, campaigns, customers, or business success.

Creator Network members may receive access to additional opportunities including campaigns, collaborations, webinars, panels, live sessions, promotional activities, and creator initiatives.

Participation opportunities are not guaranteed and may depend on:

• Audience relevance
• Campaign availability
• Content quality
• Professional conduct
• Performance history
• Brand alignment

Recess Villas may approve, decline, modify, pause, or discontinue creator opportunities at any time.

Recess Villas may offer member challenges, milestone bonuses, rank rewards, promotional incentives, and special campaigns.

These programs are promotional in nature and may be modified, paused, replaced, extended, or discontinued at any time.

Members must satisfy all published requirements to qualify, including any active membership requirements, referral requirements, time periods, transaction validation rules, and customer retention conditions.

Affiliates must promote Recess Villas honestly, professionally, and ethically.

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent Recess Villas products, memberships, services, or opportunities
• Make guaranteed income claims
• Make false, exaggerated, misleading, or deceptive statements
• Present any Recess Villas opportunity as guaranteed income or guaranteed success
• Misrepresent priority access opportunities as ownership, real estate purchases, reservations, or guaranteed property rights
• Use pressure, spam, harassment, or misleading sales tactics

Affiliates may discuss earning potential only in a compliant, balanced, and truthful manner.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam marketing by email, text message, social media, comment sections, or direct messaging
• Fake traffic, bots, click farms, fake accounts, or artificial engagement
• Self referrals or fraudulent purchases
• Brand bidding on paid ads using Recess Villas or similar terms without written permission
• Unauthorized use of Recess Villas trademarks, logos, images, videos, or brand identity
• Misleading website pages, fake reviews, false testimonials, or impersonation
• Promoting Recess Villas in a way that damages the brand or misleads the public

Violation of these rules may result in denied commissions, account suspension, or termination.

Affiliates must accurately describe Recess Villas products and opportunities.

Priority Access offerings are not purchases of real estate, property ownership, land ownership, investment contracts, guarantees, reservations, or promises of future availability.

Priority Access may provide an opportunity to be placed on an access or interest list, subject to availability, development progress, pricing announcements, eligibility, and formal agreements where applicable.

If a customer receives a refund, cancels a purchase, files a payment dispute, initiates a chargeback, or if a transaction is determined to be invalid, any related commission may be cancelled, deducted, reversed, or withheld.

Recess Villas may review transactions before approving commission payments.

Affiliates are independent participants and are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, business registrations, permits, and legal requirements within their jurisdiction.

Recess Villas does not provide tax, legal, financial, or business advice to affiliates.

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, representatives, or joint venture partners of Recess Villas.

Affiliates do not have authority to:

• Bind Recess Villas to agreements
• Make promises on behalf of Recess Villas
• Modify official Recess Villas terms
• Represent themselves as employees or official company representatives

All Recess Villas names, logos, designs, images, videos, documents, website content, sales materials, and brand assets remain the property of Recess Villas or its authorized owners.

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials only for authorized promotional purposes.

Recess Villas may require affiliates to remove, update, or stop using any promotional material at any time.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, marketing, privacy, anti spam, consumer protection, tax, and disclosure laws.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by law, platform rules, or advertising standards.

Recess Villas may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate:

• Violates these Terms
• Engages in fraud, spam, or unethical promotion
• Misrepresents Recess Villas
• Damages the brand or customer trust
• Attempts to manipulate commissions, ranks, bonuses, or tracking

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited where allowed by applicable law and program rules. Access to affiliate tools, links, dashboards, and promotional materials may also be revoked.

Recess Villas may modify, pause, replace, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, membership benefits, commission structures, rank rewards, bonuses, challenges, Creator Network opportunities, or promotional campaigns at any time.

Continued participation after updates are posted means the affiliate accepts the updated terms.

Recess Villas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, lost commissions, lost business opportunities, technical errors, tracking interruptions, or third party platform issues.

Participation in the Affiliate Program is at the affiliate's own risk.

By registering as an affiliate, becoming a Recess Villas member, using affiliate links, accessing affiliate tools, or promoting Recess Villas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Terms of Service.
