Member Terms of Service

Recess Villas membership provides access to selected member opportunities, promotional tools, referral resources, member communications, eligible campaigns, and other benefits made available by Recess Villas from time to time.

Membership does not guarantee income, commissions, bonuses, travel, villa access, real estate ownership, reservations, or business results.

Recess Villas membership is not a real estate purchase, land purchase, villa purchase, investment contract, ownership agreement, timeshare, lease, reservation, or guarantee of future property access.

Any future villa, land, or lifestyle opportunity is subject to availability, development progress, pricing announcements, eligibility, formal agreements, and applicable terms at the time the opportunity becomes available.

Recess Villas may offer different membership levels, including Venture Starter, Venture Growth, Venture Pro, Creator Network, or other plans added in the future.

Each membership level may include different access, benefits, tools, referral eligibility, and promotional opportunities.

Membership fees are charged according to the plan selected at checkout. Fees may be annual, recurring, promotional, discounted, or otherwise stated on the official Recess Villas website.

Prices may change at any time. Any future pricing changes will apply according to the terms shown at the time of renewal or new purchase.

Payments must be completed through the official Recess Villas website or approved payment process. Recess Villas is not responsible for payments made outside official channels.

If a recurring payment fails, is cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or not completed, membership access may be paused, cancelled, or removed.

Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current where applicable.

Members may receive access to selected resources such as dashboards, referral links, brochures, promotional tools, member updates, training materials, sales resources, and campaign information.

Recess Villas may update, replace, remove, or modify member resources at any time.

Membership may provide eligibility to participate in certain opportunities, but eligibility does not guarantee approval, selection, sales, commissions, bonuses, referrals, partnerships, travel, income, or results.

Creator Network members may be eligible to participate in creator, influencer, digital media, webinar, panel, campaign, or brand collaboration opportunities where appropriate.

Participation may depend on audience relevance, professionalism, campaign fit, compliance, and Recess Villas approval.

Members and affiliates must use their official Recess Villas referral link where required. Referral tracking depends on the proper use of the assigned link and the official website checkout process.

Recess Villas cannot guarantee referral recognition if the buyer does not use the correct referral link or purchases through another channel.

Commissions are only payable on eligible completed purchases that meet Recess Villas rules, tracking requirements, payment requirements, and approval standards.

Commissions may be cancelled, delayed, adjusted, or denied if a purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, incomplete, improperly tracked, or otherwise ineligible.

Member challenges and bonuses are promotional reward opportunities that may be offered to eligible members. Challenges may include milestones, timelines, active member requirements, sales requirements, or other conditions.

Bonuses are not guaranteed and are only payable when all challenge terms are met and verified by Recess Villas.

Recess Villas does not guarantee that any member will earn income, commissions, bonuses, rewards, sales, referrals, or business results.

Any examples, projections, or promotional statements are for illustration only and should not be understood as guaranteed earnings.

Members must represent Recess Villas professionally, honestly, and respectfully. Members must not make false claims, misleading statements, income guarantees, real estate guarantees, or unauthorized promises.

Members may use approved Recess Villas materials for promotional purposes only as permitted. Members may not alter materials in a misleading way or use Recess Villas branding in a manner that creates confusion or misrepresents the company.

• Making false or misleading claims.
• Promising guaranteed income, ownership, land, villas, travel, or commissions.
• Using spam, deceptive marketing, or unauthorized advertising.
• Misusing Recess Villas logos, images, content, or intellectual property.
• Creating confusion between personal promotions and official Recess Villas offers.
• Attempting to manipulate referrals, commissions, rankings, or bonuses.

Members may cancel their membership according to the cancellation process provided by Recess Villas or the payment processor. Cancellation may remove access to member tools, benefits, referral eligibility, and future member opportunities.

Refund eligibility is governed by the refund terms posted by Recess Villas. Approved refunds may result in cancellation of membership access, commissions, credits, bonuses, or related benefits.

Recess Villas may suspend or terminate a member account if the member violates these terms, misuses the platform, makes misleading claims, abuses referral systems, violates payment terms, or acts in a way that may harm Recess Villas or its community.

Recess Villas may update, change, replace, reduce, expand, or discontinue membership benefits, campaigns, tools, plans, pricing, or opportunities at any time.

Recess Villas is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, expected earnings, indirect damages, business losses, or results that do not occur from membership participation.

By purchasing, renewing, accessing, or using a Recess Villas membership, the member agrees to follow these Member Terms of Service and any related policies posted by Recess Villas.
